Elite Home and Community Care Service, Inc. is a Licensed Health Care Service Agency licensed by the New York State Department of Health. We provide a full range of in-home professional and paraprofessional services from live-in to hourly home health aides, personal care aides, or companions who will assist with your basic daily care needs to highly trained, experienced, skilled, and compassionate social workers or nurses who are qualified to provide all levels of services to individuals across the lifespan wherever they call home.
